Please read the following Registration Policies and Procedures before completing registration.  When you proceed to the registration, you are accepting responsibility for following these procedures.

Payment:  Individuals are given two options for payment.  Individuals can pay online by credit card at the time of registration OR individuals can choose to be invoiced for their registration, agreeing to pay at a later date by check payment.  Individuals will not be able to pay by credit card if the “invoice me” option is chosen.  Credit card payments are only available at the time of registration due to registration platform requirements.

Purchase Order:  A Purchase order is, “a document authorizing a seller to deliver goods, with payment to be made at a later date.”  In other words, a Purchase Order is promise of payment.  SSWAA accepts a Purchase Order (PO) as promise of payment from a district for a registration.  Receipt of a Purchase Order will secure a registration.  However, payment is due when service is rendered – on site at the conference.  If you are using a Purchase Order, please communicate with your district to ensure that payment will be received before the conference or at the conference by Wednesday, April 6, 2022.  Payment not received at the conference will be subject to late fees.  Purchase orders should be emailed to r.k.oliver@sswaa.org.

 

Late Fees:  Any registration that has not been paid by Saturday, April 9 of the conference will be subject to late fees.  A late fee of $20 will be assessed for registration fees received 1-7 days late.  A late fee of $50 will be assessed for registration fees received 8-30 days late.  A late fee of $100 will be assessed for registration fees received more than 30 days late.

Cancellation Policy:  The published cancellation policy states that: “All cancellations MUST be in writing. Individuals sending written requests postmarked before March 6, 2022 will receive refunds minus a 25% administrative fee. There will be no refunds after March 6, 2022."

Event Health Precautions & Guidelines: Please be aware that SSWAA will be following current CDC suggested safety precautions at this event. Attendees will be asked/expected to comply with prevailing health guidelines and may be asked to sign a COVID-19 waiver.
