The International School Social Work Conference is the largest international conference in this field. The International School Social Work Conference has been organized by the professional school social work organizations from different countries or regions every two to three years prior to the pandemic.

The 8th International School Social Work Conference will take place in Broomfield, Colorado during SSWAA’s four-day national conference beginning on March 29th - April 1st, 2023. The international registration fee covers both conferences. SSWAA understands than some individuals face various barriers to attending an in-person event. SSWAA is committed to making this event as accessible as possible to the global school social work community. Therefore, SSWAA is offering a virtual access option for individuals who are not able to travel for the in-person event and would still like to receive this content related to International school social work practice.
