The conference will be held at the Sheraton Baltimore Inner Harbor Hotel which surrounds you with the best of Baltimore. The Sheraton Inner Harbor Hotel has everything you need for a comfortable and relaxing stay. Dine in one of two Sheraton Baltimore Inner Harbor restaurants or after a long day, unwind in the indoor heated pool or sauna or work up a sweat in their 24-hour state of the art Sheraton Fitness Center by Core Performance. Step out the door and you are 2 blocks from restaurants, shops and nightlife surrounding the Baltimore Inner Harbor.
Discounted self parking fee at $20 per night.
Single and Double Room Rates are $169 plus taxes. Triple Room Rate is $189 and Quad Room Rate is $209 plus taxes. Reservations must be made by 5:00 p.m. EST February 12, 2016. To make your reservations, use SSWAA's Direct Hotel Reservation Website or call (410) 962-8300 (be sure to mention the SSWAA Conference to receive the conference rates). Please note: An early departure fee of $75 will apply if you check out prior to the confirmed checkout date. Please note that once the SSWAA hotel block is filled, conference rates may no longer apply so make your reservations today!
Please do not book more room nights than you need for the conference. If you have to cancel your hotel reservation, please do so as soon as possible. Timely cancellation helps ensure that rooms are available for other conference attendees, especially before the cutoff date. Please be considerate of others.
